Aero’s Quest, the indie puzzle platformer title in development for PC/Windows, Mac/OS X and major consoles, has been released and published in a simplified online version for free: all the players need to do is going to the URL http://aerosquest.com/html5/ and enjoy the gaming experience. Soloweb N.V. Studios, the developer and producer of the game, declared that all the people who are following and supporting the project deserved to have something to play with so, instead to release a public early demo, they decided to develop an online version of the game (developed in HTML5) that keeps all the mechanics of the original title and the same original game-play. The online version of Aero’s Quest would be absolutely free of charge, will be constantly updated with new rooms and puzzles and hopefully will ease the waiting for the release of the game on the bigger platforms (attended most likely in Q1 2015). An official trailer of the free game has been published at this URL: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MCq5smh1C1I Ivano Cheers, the lead programmer of the game, declared in one of the videos of the official channel: “The buzz around Aero’s Quest is growing every day so we really wanted to give something to play already to all our followers and to whoever is interested in our project. This browser version is only a small HTML5 port, we tried to fit in this version many features of the original game, but was obviously impossible to port the whole game; however this version keeps the same playability and, hopefully, the same fun.” The final version of Aero’s Quest will feature HD graphics, tons of puzzles, levels and new features and will be divided in 10 different worlds all graphically created by reavenseyestudios.com.
