This week's edition of The Sunday Post has a bunch of shows going on in New England that are a must go for any live music fanatic that has either heard of chowder or a clam cake. Check out what's going on below: 3/11 - 990WBOB's Mondays On Blast @ The Spot 101 Richmond Street Providence, RI This week's edition of 990WBOB's Mondays On Blast at The Spot in Providence promises to be a good one with Midday Records invading the stage with Move In Stereo, The Naked Stills and The Deep North performing. With comedy being hosted by funnyman Doug Key, a great atmosphere, wide selection of drinks, tasty food and cool pieces of art on the walls, Mondays On Blast is the perfect way to kick off your week. Along with the awesome music and comedy, it's all ages and it's also free. 3/12 - Kate Nash @ Paradise Rock Club 967 Commonwealth Avenue Boston, MA British indie pop musician Kate Nash will be performing a The Paradise Rock Club in Boston this Tuesday for what should be a wonderful time. Originally this show was supposed to be at Brighton Music Hall in Allston, MA but due to tickets selling like hot cakes this concert got moved to the larger Paradise. Supercute! will be opening the night around 7pm, it's all ages and tickets are $15. 3/13 - Holly McGarry @ The Middle East Upstairs 472 Massachusetts Avenue Cambridge, MA Boston based singer-songwriter Holly McGarry will be at The Middle East Upstairs in Cambridge, MA on Wednesday for what should be a very intimate experience for everyone in attendance to enjoy. Grey Season, The Sun and the Moon and Licious will be opening the show on a bill chock full of musical talent, it should be the perfect way to enjoy hump day so why not head on down to one of the coolest music venues in the Boston metro area? Doors open at 8pm, it's 18+ and tickets are a small price of $9. 3/14 - Coheed & Cambria @ The House Of Blues 15 Lansdowne Street Boston, MA Prog-metal rock & roll storytellers will be kicking off the first night of their back-to-back shows at The House Of Blues in Boston on Thursday that's guaranteed to blow your mind. Between The Buried And Me and Russian Circles will be opening the extravaganza and if you haven't been to a Coheed & Cambria show yet, 990WBOB highly recommends that you do. Show starts at 8pm, it's all ages and tickets are $27. 3/15 - Circa Survive & Minus The Bear @ Lupo's Heartbreak Hotel 79 Washington Street Providence, RI Progressive alt-rockers Circa Survive and experimental math rockers Minus The Bear will be playing at Lupo's Heartbreak Hotel in downtown Providence on Friday that definitely will be the best show to check out in The Creative Capital this week. Circa Survive with Anthony Green's insanely high pitched voice along with the uniquely groovy tunes of Minus The Bear guarantees a feeling of ultimate bliss for your ears. If you can't tell by now, it's sure to be one hell of a time that nobody in The Ocean State should miss out on. Now, Now will be opening up the show at 8pm, it's all ages and tickets are $22.50 in advance and $25 the day of. You better get your tickets right away because they are going fast. 3/16 - Tim Kasher @ Great Scott 1222 Commonwealth Avenue Allston, MA Lead singer and guitarist for Cursive and The Good Life Tim Kasher will be playing at Great Scott is Allston, MA this Saturday for a rare solo performance. Birthmark featuring Nate Kinsella from Joan Of Arc and Make Believe along with Sinnet will be opening the show as well. Starts at 9pm, its 21+ and tickets are $13 in advance and $15 the day of the show.
