Under the Covers: The Toys of Sex

So, you all know I have the best job ever here at 990WBOB. I really do. I get to do fun stuff like chat and test out some products of the sexually amazing kind at Fun Factory, one of the world's  largest manufacturers of silicone erotic toys. I sat down with Alex Amend from Fun Factory, who helped shed some light on everything from Silicone to duo smartballs!

MD: Tell us more about Fun Factory!

AA: Fun Factory was founded in 1996 by two German engineers, Dirk Bauer and Michael Pahl - we were the first company in the world to create body-safe silicone vibrators. MD: What is the most popular selling toy you have, and why?

AA: Our most popular toy is the Stronic Drei, which is the most recent addition to the Stronic line of toys. MD:  Is your job like, the best job ever?

AA: It is usually pretty entertaining. We have a very small office here in the US of around 10 people, give or take, combined with being the adult industry allows for some liberal conversation on personal subjects probably not mentioned in most work environments.


MD:  What is the difference between an uno ball and the duo balls? What does the duo do that the uno can't?

AA: The difference between the Smartballs Uno and Duo is really just size since not all bodies are the same. We recommend the Uno for beginners and women with a prolapsed or tilted uterus, then later graduating up to the Smartballs Duo. It’s additional weight provides a harder workout for the muscles of the pelvic floor.
