By Joe Ferro Today's offering comes from the folks at Foolproof Brewing Company out of Pawtucket, RI. It's their La Ferme Urbaine Farmhouse Ale. Foolproof brews this beer in collaboration with Pawtucket's New Urban Farmers, who collects their spent grains.
This ale has beautiful color from bottle to glass on the pour, with a good standing head on top, and a very light nose. Its great golden color is slightly hazy, but this is definitely not an unfiltered brew. Now on to the fun part, let's drink some!! by Rob Duguay
