A Tribute To Tim Davis

Torch The Radio Tribute 4/19/17 - Providence lost one of its brightest smiles with the passing of Tim Davis. In addition to being an integral member for the WBOB family for several years, Tim was a champion of the Providence music community, a source of perpetual energy and positivity, and most importantly -- our friend.

This past week, 990WBOB attempted to create an everlasting memorial for Tim Davis. Hosted by Kevin Aherne and Joe Ferro, and with special musical appearance by Amanda Salemi and Mike Baker, the tribute show encouraged all of Tim's friends to call in and share their fondest memories of Tim.

Just Supe's Auntie overwhelmed by the love, concern, respect, family, friendship, and lessons of every kind that comes from the bond of truth that Tim shared with all he came to meet.
I'm sorry that my story is I met him only once and I was most concerned with using the bathroom and not being too much of a disturbance to the cat. Tim was just hanging out on a Saturday afternoon, like crazy ladies (my sister was with me) came barging into his home all the time! Yes he helped out any way he can. Bless you all for sharing him as you do. x0
