Psycho Sports #192 11/15/2016 - Tyler and Ryan breakdown the beginning of the MLB offseason. Who are the big time free agent names that will garnish all the attention from teams? Is it possible to see players like OF Mike Trout of the Angels, SP Chris Sale of the White Sox, and OF Andre McCutchen of the Pirates being traded to restock the farm system? Which team will throw the most money at free agents?
Then joining Tyler is Warwick Beacon sports editor Jacob Marrocco to recap the New England Patriots Sunday Night loss to the visting Seattle Seahawks. Was Brady the reason why the Patriots lost or was it just a series of unfortunate events or was it because of the play call (see final drive of the Patriots)? And after Week 10, Jacob discusses which of the other 7-2 AFC teams (Broncos, Chiefs, Raiders) can challenge the Patriots or is that just hot smoke.

Wild Side #287 11/1/2016 - The Wild Side duo of David Clyde and Johnny K are joined by special guest Leah BouRamia, author of (insert F-Bomb book title), in studio and perhaps the most politically opposite person to the Wild Side duo, The group discuss a multitude of topics including the topics of 'privilege' and 'profiling' as well as the other 'p' word 'parenting.' Leah talks about her book, explaining that it's goal is to help moms of the newer generations (i.e. Generation X & Y) and give them tips on how to raise their children while also looking into how previous generations (i.e. Baby Boomers) raised their kids. Not to mention she breaksdown the different kinds of parents from soccer moms to helicopter parents.
Also joining them on the phone lines is a slew of political guests, including a few of them actually running for political offices in the Ocean State. Up first is Sal Giuseppe Caiozzo, Independent candidate for Congress RI 2nd District Independent, explaining his running platform and what he plans to do while in office. Then you had Bobby Rep Nardolillo, who is currently running for State Rep. of District 28 in Coventry. Not only does he talk about his platform but also talks about the current presidential election between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, including RI Governor Gina Raimundo's ties with Clinton. After Nardolillo, Candidate for United States Representative, RI 1st District Russell Taub joins to talk about his platform, how his opponent, the incumbent David Cicilline, is too focus on his own priorities instead of going to debates, and more. Then for a special treat, joining the show in the 2nd hour was Ron Park from Conservatives Against Obama's Liberal Agenda. Him and Leah have a fun discussion about different political topics, including talking about everybody's favorite POTUS as well as how one side of the election is continually committing acts of vandalism to the opposition. But sorry disappoint those looking for each to blow their tops at each other, it was clean and polite (unlike the Presidential debates). Finally we had Doreen Costa from the Costa Corner join in towards the end of the show to give a preview of the 2016 Presidential Election Forecast, including a prediction that Donald Trump might pull off the victory. |
