Wild Side Memorial Tribute 7/31/18 – For the better part of the last decade, you heard the fiery voice of the man known as Professor David Clyde. For years he kept the average WBOB joe in the know in the world of news and politics, even dabbling into the world of sports and entertainment. He was an essential part of the 990WBOB family and nobody bled black and white like Clyde. He stuck by his guns but was always up for an open-table discussion or a debate. However back on December in 2017, David Clyde as well as his family and friends were shocked to learn he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. But rather giving into despair, Clyde fought back tooth and nail for months. But in the end,he succumbed to his cancer and passed away on July 21, 2018. This past Tuesday night, 990WBOB held a Wild Side memorial tribute to our fallen Professor. Joining the tribute are those who knew him best and were lucky to call him their friend.
