Psycho Sports #246 12/12/2017 - It was not pretty this past Monday night down in Miami. Just after two weeks of crushing the Dolphins in Foxborough, the Patriots were beaten and beaten soundly. Tyler and Ryan recap the game as they try to figure out what went wrong. Was it the inability of Patriots wide receivers not being able to run routes? Did the absence of TE Rob Gronkowski hurt the Pats more than we imagined? The duo break that down as well as preview the upcoming key match up against the Pittsburgh Steelers next week.
Also joining the duo is Mark Colley of SB Nation Blue Jays to talk about the big trade that happened in Major League Baseball as Miami Marlins slugger Giancarlo Stanton is now a New York Yankee. Who was the winner in this trade? Was it foolish for the Yankees to take on that massive contract? Should the Yankees be penciled in for the AL East Divisional championship and World Series? Mark and Tyler discuss that and more.
Psycho Sports #244 11/28/17 – In this hour of sports, insanity has hit the show. News broke that Eli Manning of the New York Giants was benched, which has Ryan screaming for GM Jerry Reese and HC Ben MacAdoo’s head and vehemently blaming them for Eli’s struggles this season (warning NSFW language). Though Tyler disagrees with the benching, he dropped the hot take saying that Eli is a below average NFL starting quarterback. Tyler stated he could name 16 other better starting QBs (even though he's yet to name all 16 QBs though), which brought the Pal on air to defend Eli Manning.
Also with this past game with Miami Dolphins, is it easy to say that the New England Patriots are far and above the best team in the NFL right now? Or are the Dolphins that bad? Tyler and Ryan have a hearty discussion on that matter.
Joining the show first is Jake Marrocco of the Independent to breakdown the upcoming big college basketball game between URI and PC. Which team has the advantage this time around? Which player is going to be an impact? Jake answers those questions plus more that Tyler tosses his way.
Then towards the end, they are joined by John Boccacino of SB Nation Buffalo Bills to give an insight of the Buffalo Bills before the upcoming Bill-Pats game this Sunday. What was the locker room like after the benching of starting QB Tyrod Taylor for Nate Peterman and then the loss to the LA Chargers in Week 11? Did the victory over the Chiefs change people’s perspective about the Bills team? How has the defense fared since the trade of DT Marcell Darius during the NFL trade deadline? John and Tyler discuss that and more.
Psycho Sports #242 11/14/2017 - Well there's a big happening in the world of baseball. All this week, Major League Baseball has been distributing awards to the best players in each of their categories. However the Holy Grail of awards, the MVP award, has yet to be given but there are some pretty impressive names on each list: Jose Altuve, Aaron Judge, and Jose Ramirez for the AL MVP and then Paul Goldschmidt, Giancarlo Stanton, and Joey Votto for the NL MVP. Tyler and Ryan discuss each candidate in the awards race as well ad break the news of the NL Manager of the Year winner.
Then joining in the second half is PFW and WBOB's own Michael Parente to talk all things Patriots. With a Week 10 Showdown in Mexico with the Oakland Raiders, Parente and Tyler discuss a multitude of topics such as what players on both sides that could play an impact in the game, can Stephon Gilmore have another successful day against Michael Crabtree or Amari Cooper like he did against Demariyus Thomas in Week 9, will WR Chris Hogan and DT Malcolm Brown play or miss this game as well, and more.
Psycho Sports #241 11/7/2017 - Oh Boston, you are my home. It's a all Boston sports marathon in the latest episode of Psycho Sports. Tyler and Ryan first breakdown the red hot start of the Boston Celtics, mostly due to their very stout defense lead by the likes of PG Kyrie Irving and F/C Al Horford just to name a few as well as looking at the landscape of the Eastern Conference (with Ryan throwing some shade at the Cleveland Cavaliers .
Joining the two to continue the Boston sports talk are a couple of prominent guests.
Up first is New England Patriots reporter Meredith Gorman to talk all things Pats. How will the return of CB Stephon Gilmore affect the defense? How did the locker room react when Jimmy Garoppolo got traded and how they welcomed in former Pats QB and Tom Brady backup Brian Hoyer)? Are the Broncos a concern in Week 10? Meredith and Tyler discuss.
Then later on, Chris Hogan of 27 Outs Baseball Radio Network popped on in to give his take on possible offseason moves that the Boston Red Sox can make. Which areas should the Red Sox shore up? What are some possible free agent targets that the Red Sox should go after? What trades the Red Sox should and should not the make? Chris and Tyler break all that down and more.

Psycho Sports #235 9/27/2017 - The playoffs are just around the corner in the world of Major League Baseball and so far, there are 3 teams that are standing above all else in the American League in the Houston Astros, Cleveland Indians, and, believe it or not, the New York Yankees. Tyler and Ryan breakdown each team and how they have been doing up until this point, especially with Ryan gloating about his prediction of the Yankees making the playoffs (he's trying to compensate for his lowly Mets).
Joining the two on the phone lines is sports director for WPRI 12/FOX Providence Yianni Kourakis to talk about the local team, your Boston Red Sox, and their playoff chances. Who does Yianni believe should be taking the mound for the Red Sox rotation in the playoffs? Which part of the team has been contributing the most to the team's success? Yianni answers those questions plus more.
Psycho Sports #233 9/19/2017 - All is well Foxborough. After looking rusty in Week 1, the Patriots rebounded in a big way in Week 2 with a victory over the New Orleans Saints. Tyler and Ryan discuss what that each took away from the game as well as a couple of interesting notes for Pats fans to keep an eye on, mainly the health status of the team as well as what's going on with CB Malcolm Butler. Also with the Houston Texans coming to town in Week 3, the duo discuss what they're chances are of at least putting up a fight.
Also with October just around the corner, the are joined by Chris Hogan (no, not that Chris Hogan) of 27 Outs Baseball Network. Chris and Tyler discuss about a variety of topics including whether or not that Cleveland Indians 22-winning streak was legit or did they just get a favorable schedule, can the Indians continue to play at a top level going into October, which of the playoff races MLB fans should keep an eye on in both leagues, and much more.
Psycho Sports #231 9/12/2017 - Everybody is focused on football but there's still some baseball going on. Tyler and Ryan are joined by MLB blogger Austin Raposa to discuss all things Boston Red Sox. How are their playoff chances going into the final weeks of September with the New York Yankees on their tail? Will the likes of relievers Carson Smith & Addison Reed help or hinder the team? Is starting pitcher Doug Fister the real deal or is he just a feel-good story?
Also, Tyler and Ryan breakdown which teams in the AL can pose the biggest threats to the Red Sox like the red hot Cleveland Indians and the reupped Houston Astros.
Psycho Sports #229 8/28/2017 – After a week off, Tyler and Ryan are back again with Psycho Sports. While they were able to take a week off, New England Patriots’ wide out Juilan Edelman will be taking an entire season off. Last Friday in a preseason game against the Detroit Lions, Edelman tore ACL and was put on season-ending injury reserve. How will this affect the Patriots offense going forward? Who will step up among the other receivers (i.e. Chris Hogan, Danny Amendola, Austin Carr)? Will newcomer Brandon Cooks become the guy or will he be another JAG? Tyler and Ryan discuss.
