The Cafe #299 5/17/17 - In a special edition of the Cafe host Pal was joined by popular WBOB host Wild Side David Clyde. In between a tennis match of verbal insults the duo welcomed personality Tony Jones to discuss a myriad of issues including the recent R.I. cannabis regulation rally. CES boxing matchmaker Michael Parente stopped by to preview their June 9th card at Twin River Casino. If all that wasn't enough Matt from the band Guilty Giraffe gives the audience an inside look at their first album.
The Cafe #298 5/16/17 - In this edition Pal welcomes boxer Ray Oliveira Jr. to the show for an intimate one on one. Ray discusses life outside the ring and his struggle to be a great dad, boxer and student. Ray also reflects back on his controversial loss to Casey Kramlich in April and looks ahead to his next challenge. "The first time I was upset, I was like why is this guy calling me out?" Ray said talking about his upcoming rematch against 3-1 Jose Rivera. "I'm always looking to challenge myself and push myself to the next level" Ray continued on about his future and his outlook on what's next.

The Cafe #297 5/9/17 - This week Pal is doing what he does best, stirring up the pot. This week Boxer Kevin "The Vermont Bully" Cobbs joins the show to once again plays antagonist to Light Heavyweight Champ Angel Camacho. "Sign the papers' Cobbs prounced boldly after hearing Camacho's official team statement. "I am a better fighter than him I don't think he's really fought anyone" Cobbs went on to say, "I don't hate him I jut know I can beat him." Cobbs had no shortage of comments about the current Champ whom he has been taunting for years however most recently he has launched a entertaining and very noticeable social media campaign to get Camacho in the ring. This tactic has caused fans on both sides to stand up and demand what Pal is calling "The Thriller At Twin River" Also in this shortened edition of The Cafe Pal features a few choice musical selections and a nonsensical rant about ridiculously priced sneakers. The Cafe #294 2/8/17 - On this special edition of the Cafe host Pal sits down for two interesting and inspirational one on ones. First Pal is joined by Morgan Snyder Jr. brewer and co founder of Buttonwood's Brewery. Snyder is in the process of making his dreams a reality as he currently is in construction of a brand new 3,800 square foot brewery and tasting room in Cranston. Then Pal announces the first recipient of the 990WBOB 9 Influencers To Watch in 2017 awards. Joining the show to discuss his good will works in the community CES MMA matchmaker, public speaker, charity fundraising specialist, Pat Sullivan. "I just try to help other people" says Pat when asked about his charitable work and public speaking. Sullivan not only raises thousands each year for cancer research but he also speaks to groups and families about the illness and it's toll on the whole family "battling cancer is a daunting task but it is also daunting for the family" Sullivan stated. Give this hour of radio a listen for a break from the negative and a moment of inspiration.
