Psycho Sports #195 12/6/2016 - The MLB Winter Meetings have begun and the most active team that’s got everybody buzzing is the Boston Red Sox. They made the biggest splash with two trades that could shape up the AL East landscape. First they traded away 1B/3B Travis Shaw and prospects to Milwaukee Brewers for top RP Tyler Thornburg. Then it seem that Christmas came early for Red Sox nation as they traded for American League’s top pitcher, Chicago White Sox SP Chris Sale. But that came at a price as the Red Sox sent 4 prospects over, including MLB’s top prospect INF Yoan Moncada and Red Sox top pitching prospect Matt Kopech. Will these trades help the Red Sox or will they blow up in Red Sox GM Dave Dombrowski’s face? Gears then get shifted as joining the show is Jacob Marraco, assistant sports editor of the Warwick Beacon to talk about the New England Patriots' big victory over the lowly Los Angeles Rams this past Sunday. Who stood out the most in the game? Was it the offense, defense, or special teams? Also with the upcoming Monday night game against the Baltimore Ravens, according to Jacob, these Ravens are a team that the PAts should not take lightly. Click Play
