The Rotunda: A Golden Backlash

The Rotunda #134 1/8/18 -  WBOB kicks off 2018 in grand style, welcoming The Rotunda back to the airwaves after the holiday break. Scott introduces a new special segment he’s starting, called “Social Justice Clown of the Week” and brings us the first two dubious winners. Give a listen and see if you agree that two Hollywood actors said things so utterly stupid that they earned themselves this award. Scott’s also joined by local actor Chad Michael – what does an actor know about health care you say? Chad gives us his thoughts on what he’d like to see for national healthcare, what it would cover, and most importantly to Scott-  how the hell would this be paid for?
 
Major Matt Fecteau chimes in at the halfway point, and he pulls no punches lighting up his potential opponent in the September primary, calling out what he says is an absentee politician. This is a prelude to an upcoming show where we dive deep into the details of what a potential State Senator Fecteau would do in order to make things better for Rhode Islanders. For good measure, the guest and the host take turns poking holes in President Trump’s ill-fated commission on voter fraud. When, in electoral history, has a winner ever been so laser focused on uncovering voter fraud?
