SS Stephen Drew was one of the many topics discussed by PawSox Skipper Kevin Boles during his sit down with the media after the game
Think 50 Cent's ceremonial first pitch at Citi Field on Tuesday was bad?
Well, you are right! It is actually among the worst ever thrown. And now, thanks to a graphic from the Washington Post, we can see how his toss stacks up against some of the best and worst of all time. Check out the graphic below... Kevin Aherne (@KAherne17)
We are just far enough into spring for my opinions on baseball to have sprouted--and for brevity sake, I will steal the format from my favorite social media site to share those opinions. Here are 5 musings on our national pastime in 140 characters or less: Even SS Stephen Drew could not believe what he saw in tonight's game Ryan Fox (@Spider_Fox87) It was a nice, calm evening at McCoy as your Pawtucket Red Sox looked to finish up their 4-game home stand against the Gwinnett Braves. The PawSox took Games 1 & 3 while the Braves ended up taking Game 2. So as both teams met for the series finale, the McCoy faithful watched with anticipation and hope for a victory for the home team.
It's that time of the week folks for your Hump Day dosage of Psycho Sports. In studio was host Michael Parente along with co-host/producer Ryan Fox. While they talk the usual stuff that's going on (NBA & NHL playoffs), they are joined on the phones by CES boxer and Pawtucket's own Rich Gringas. All this, plus Fox actually successfully completed a snack run! Enjoy the show! PawSox Skipper Kevin Boles sits down with the media, including yours truly, for his postgame interview Ryan Fox (@Scoop_Fox87) Things didn't go so well for the PawSox in tonight's game. After a big win on Memorial Day, they ended up dropping Game 2 of their 4-game home series against the Gwinnett Braves. After the game, PawSox Skipper Kevin Boles sat down with the media to discuss his team's performance, how starter Matt Barnes did, and much more.
Not even Pawtucket's own CES Boxer Rich Gingras on the mound could help the PawSox knockout the Gwinnett Braves in Game 2 of their series. Ryan Fox (@Spider_Fox87) After getting that much needed victory on Memorial Day Monday, the young men of the Pawtucket Red Sox donned the uniform yet again to take on the Gwinnett Braves for Game 2 of the series. Yesterday the PawSox were able to take Game 1 with a 3-2 nail bitter. So coming into tonight’s game, the Braves were looking for some payback while the PawSox were looking to go up 2-0.
Featherweight Rob Font goes from Providence based CES MMA to the UFC. He discusses his next fight and the journey to the big show.
Postgame with the PawSox Skipper Ryan Fox (@Scoop_Fox87) On a day where we remember and honor those who have served in our armed forces, the PawSox took to the field to play America's Pastime against the Gwinnett Braves. After a 3-2 victory, PawSox skipper Kevin Boles sat down for a postgame interview with the media. Hear what he has to say.
