GRAPEVINE, Texas – The College Football Playoff Selection Committee announced today its third top 25 rankings of the season.

The selection committee will prepare three more rankings this season, including the final set on Selection Day, Sunday, December 6.  The top four teams in the final rankings will play in the Playoff Semifinals on December 31, 2015, at the Capital One Orange Bowl and the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic.

“Most teams have now played ten games so we have a substantial body of work to discuss,” said selection chairman Jeff Long.  “We are looking forward to the remaining games of the regular season, which feature a number of key head-to-head matchups and of course, the conference championships which will become one of the factors we look at on the final weekend.”

The selection committee will continue to evaluate teams and will meet in person the remainder of the season to review game action and issue its new rankings each week.
