It was a long night for the PawSox, but it was a longer night for PawSox manager Kevin Boles

It was a rough Friday night for the Pawtucket Red Sox. The team missed a chance to sweep the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs, getting crushed 7-3 in the series finale. But it was an even rougher night for PawSox skipper Kevin Boles.

In the third inning, while his team was in the midst of overcoming an early 2-0 deficit, OF Bryce Brentz hit what appeared to be a 2-run home run to tie the game. But the umpires converged and after some time for discussions, ruled it a triple. Kevin Boles went out to argue the call and was promptly ejected. Boles could only watch from his office as starting pitcher Steven Wright proceeded to give up 7 runs, including 2 HRs, and the offense managed just 3 runs in the loss.

After the game, Kevin Boles spoke with the media about the performance of his team, but the burning question was why he was ejected from the game. Take a listen.
