In Game 1 of the doubleheader, the Bisons won 3-1. In the losing effort for the PawSox, starter Sean O’Sullivan went the full 7 innings while giving up 6 hits, 3 runs (all earned), while striking out 8 Bison batters. LF Chris Marrero went 1-for-3 with an RBI in the bottom of the 4th, driving in the #PawSox only run of the game. Game 2, the PawSox got ahead 2-0 in the first inning but lost the lead after Buffalo plated 3 runs in the following second inning to make it 3-2. However the PawSox were able to tie things up 3-3 in bottom of the fifth on a Sam Travis RBI single and then relied on Travis yet again to drive in the game winning RBI in the bottom of the seventh to make it 4-3 and split the doubleheader.
