Well this week, the NBA kicked off its season opener. Now, normally this will be the part where everyone would talk about which storylines to pay attention to like can the #OKCThunder repeat as champions or which team can make a strong push. But instead, all eyes are the NBA for all the wrong reasons. Early in the week, Portland Trailblazers head coach Chauncey Billups, Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier, and former Cleveland Cavaliers player and assistant coach Damon Jones were arrested and as part of wide-ranging investigations related to illegal #SportsBetting,  including #NBAGambling, and rigged poker games backed by the Mafia. What does this mean for the NBA going forward in 2025-26? How far does this scandal go and how many people, including in the league office, knew about it? What will the consequences be for those in the #NBAIndictments now that the FBI gotten involved?

And while that mess is going on over in the NBA, over in MLB the #WorldSeries is finally upon us as the defending champion #LADodgers look to take on the #TorontoBlueJays. Can the superstar power of the Dodgers overwhelm the Blue Jays? What can the Blue Jays to overcome the odds and overthrow the Dodgers? Who has the best chance of winning #MVP on either team?

​Well, the MLB Playoffs are still going on strong as the Championship Series is coming to a close. Over in the  NLCS, can the defending world champion #LADodgers dispatch the #MilwaukeeBrewers and make it back into the World Series or will the Brew Crew finally dispatch the Dodgers for their first World Series trip since 1982. Then over in the ALCS, things are heating up between the #TorontoBlueJays and the #SeattleMariners. With Seattle up 3-2, can the Mariners punch their ticket with a Game 6 victory or will the Blue Jays force the the series to head into the infamous Game 7?

Then over in the NFL, the first head coaching firing of the season took place as the #TennesseeTitans axed head coach Brian Callahan. Was letting Callahan go the best course of action with a rookie QB in Cam Ward still trying to get his footing at the professional level? And was it smart for the team to fire their head coach days before their matchup against their former head coach, Mike Vrabel, who is now coaching the New England Patriots? The MLB Playoffs continue as the Divisional round is closing up and the Championship Round is upon us. With the ALDS all wrapped up, all eyes are on the NLDS Game 5 Finale between the #ChicagoCubs and #MilwaukeeBrewers with the winner moving on to face the defending champs Los Angeles Dodgers in the NLCS. Can the Brew Crew advance into the NLCS for the first time since 2018? Or will the Cubbies make another deep push like they did back in 2017? And speaking of pushing, after another postseason collapse at the hands of the Toronto Blue Jays, are the #NYYankees finally going to move on from #AaronBoone as their manager or will management keep him for another year?

Then over in the NFL, the first big trade of the regular season took place as the Cleveland Browns sent starting QB #JoeFlacco over to the #CincinnatiBengals. Can this trade salvage the Bengal's season? Are there going to be more trades like this in the next couple of weeks and who will be on the move?

The MLB playoffs have begun as Wildcard round concluded on Thursday night with the #NYYankees and starting pitcher #CamSchlittler blanketed the Boston Red Sox to move on to the AL Divisional Round against their divisional rivals as well as the AL East Division Champions, the Toronto Blue Jays. Over in the NL Wildcard, the #ChicagoCubs outlasted the San Diego Padres to also move on to face their divisional rivals and the NL Central Division Champion Milwaukee Brewers. Eric and Ron break down those match-up as well as the other match ups (Phillies-Dodgers & Mariners-Tigers), giving their picks of who is moving onto the Championship round and possible World Series.

Then over in the NFL, it's Week 5. The duo preview some of the interesting match ups that week, giving their picks on who will come out the victor. But speaking of the NFL, all eyes are on the  #BaltimoreRavens as All-Pro and MVP Superstar QB #LamarJackson is going to miss some time due to injury. With the team already in a hole at 1-3, can they try to salvage their season or will they be looking at a Top 10 drafting spot come the draft in April of '26.

#Week4  in the NFL is upon us as Eric and Ron break down the match ups this week. The duo will also be breaking down the highly anticipated return of OLB/Edge #MicahParsons back to Dallas as the #GreenbayPackers take on the #DallasCowboys. Is Micah gonna make his former team pay for trading him or will he fizzle. Also if you hadn't heard, the #NYGiants pulled QB #RussellWilson and inserted rookie QB #JaxsonDart in hopes of getting their first W against the LA Chargers. Did the Giants pull the trigger too soon or with Dart rise to the occasion?

And then over in the MLB, the regular season is coming to a close but as teams get ready for the postseason, all eyes are on the American League as New York Yankees OF #AaronJudge ​ and Seattle Mariners C #Calraleigh are locked in a heated race for #MVP. Will Judge bring home the gold or will Raleigh rally for his first ever MVP?

Well folks, Week 2 in the NFL is upon us. After an exciting first week, Week 2 kicked off with the #GreenBayPackers and #WashingtonCommanders squaring off at Lambeau Field on Thursday Night with the hometown team getting the W. After 2 weeks, have the Packers shown that they are not only Super Bowl contenders but Super Bowl favorites? Will this match up repeat itself in the postseason? And speaking of repeats, also in Week 2 you got a Super Bowl rematch between the #PhiladelphiaEagles and #KansasCityChiefs. Will the Eagles score a second consecutive victory against the Chiefs? What are the keys of the game that the Chiefs need to do in order to pull out the victory?

Also the duo touch on the local team here as the  #NewEnglandPatriots head down to Miami to play the #MiamiDolphins. Which team needs the Week 2 victory more? Which team will implode if they lose? Which QB is under more pressure going into this game? And after winning the NBA championship a two years, is the window closing on the #BostonCeltics?

It's finally here. The NFL season is upon us after a 7+ month wait. Eric and Ron give a small preview of the 2025 NFL Season as well as a variety of predictions such as which teams will make it into the postseason, which teams will have some surprising success, which teams will fall flat on their faces, Super Bowl predictions, NFL Award predictions, which coaches are on the hot seat this year, and more.

And speaking of coaches on the hot seat, over in the NCAA down on Chapel Hill in North Carolina, the Bill Belichick Tar Heel Era opened up with a 48-14 drubbing at the hands of the TCU Horned Toads Frogs. Did the former New England Patriots coaching legend bit off more than he can chew coming into the college ranks? Is Belichick going to be a one-and-done college coach? Or was this just a mere bump in the road due to a some growing pains and Belichick will get his mojo on?
