Save The Best For Last #1 FSU vs. #2 Auburn - College Football UPdate

The wait is over. The big game is finally upon us. One vs. two, hopefully an epic, thriller of a battle. The cardiac kids, the Auburn Tigers battles the newly crowned Goliath, Florida State Seminoles. Complete with a Heisman Trophy winner, and nations best offense, FSU is set to bring the heat on Auburn. However the Tigers are poised for a big match up such as this having out dueled Alabama in the Iron Bowl. This the final BCS National Championship game could be, the very best.

Penn State is looking for a new head coach, after Bill O'Brien accepted the big job in Houston. Rumors are swirling and include names like the man O'Brien is replacing, Mike Munchak.

Players Declaring
CNN reports Ohio State LB Ryan Frazier is  going to declare himself eligible for the upcoming 2014 NFL draft. This week Louisville Junior QB Teddy Bridgewater also declared. Other notable Underclassmen are
Jadeveon Clowney Junior DE South Carolina, Louis Nix DT Notre Dame, Aaron Lynch Junior DE South Florida, and Marqise Lee Junior WR USC.

Time to Gloat
Ohio State was exposed in the Orange Bowl as this writer predicted. The Buckeyes fell to #12 Clemson 40-35. Tiger QB Tajh Boyd threw for 378 yards and 5 touchdowns in the victory. Proving once again the Ohio State defense couldn't stop a push cart.

New Longhorn In Charge
Charlie Strong is moving on from Louisville to Texas. Strong,  a proven recruiter with  Teddy Bridgewater as his mantle piece, led the Cardinals to a 23 -3 record over the last two seasons. Winning his last two Bowl games including a Sugar Bowl victory in 2013. Strong is replacing long time coach Mack Brown filling perhaps the most desired open coaching position available.
