Giberti: Impeaching America

Last Wednesday the partisan impeachment inquiry moved into public view and the thinking American public quickly learned two things.

1) Just like the fake Russian collusion hoax (which has all but disappeared from the Democrats list of Trump-hating talking points), the “impeachment inquiry” is the same Democrat witch hunt to search for possible crimes to remove a duly elected President. They have nothing.

​2) The Democrats have just handed President Donald J. Trump four more years.
How can some Americans sit by and be fine with Adam Schiff’s attack on not just a sitting President, but the foundation of our American Republic? Simple, they’re un-American.

American’s believe in fairness, due process and the presumption of innocence and when you look at what the Democrats have been doing since 2016 has been anything but American. And for those of you never-Trump, liberal scholars who blindly parrot the CNN talking points about how the “impeachment inquiry,” isn’t a trial and due process doesn’t come into play, the concept of fairness, due process and the presumption of innocence is woven into the fabric of our country. These beliefs and values don’t only come into play in the courtroom.

All men are created equal… unless, of course you identify as a modern-day Democrat, then no one is equal. To view everyone equally would somehow be racist, sexist, homophobic and just plain intolerant. But that’s what the Democrats do, emotionally charge the masses to change the narrative. At least they used to be able to.

​Three years of claims of racism, misogyny, xenophobia, homophobia, economic collapse, impending war, Russian puppets, Russian collusion, taxes, etc. from the Democrats and the mainstream media and every single fake Presidential bombshell has been a bigger bust than the last. The Democrats are so invested in their lies that they can’t go back, and neither can their minions. The hate has been ingrained and runs so deep in the unhinged liberal mind that any evidence that contradicts the Democrat “orange man bad narrative” is simply dismissed. It’s the adult version of a child covering its ears and yelling “I can’t hear you!”

But most children are smart and learn things on their own. How many times do you think you can promise to get a child something they really, really want and constantly fail to deliver on those promises before that child loses all faith in you?

About as many times as Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Adam Schiff, Jerry Nadler and David Cicilline have lied, and it’s showing. After this week’s “impeachment” fiasco where none of the “witness” actually witnessed anything and the hearings were nothing more than a prolonged therapy session about feelings, public support for impeachment has dropped.

Conversely, President Trump’s fundraising is setting new records, support among Republicans has never been higher and despite whatever lies and smears the Democrats throw at the President, his approval ratings (which have been the same or higher than Barack Obama’s was at this point in his Presidency) have remained constant.

Perhaps one of the most damaging things to what is now the Democrat party are the never-Trumpers. This is still America, you are allowed to not like whoever you want for whatever reasons, whether they be real or lies. You can absolutely do that.

But when you are willing to destroy what we are as a country because you choose to accept the lies fed to you by your Democrat handlers without question, that’s were we the American people have a problem. Trampling on the rule of law, on the US Constitution in order to push one political party’s agenda, is not, nor will it ever be acceptable.
