As we say farewell to July and head into August, I took a step back and instead of getting and Ale or something sweet I got Molson Golden premium beer. At least that's what the bottle says. 

When I brought it up to the counter and got a snicker from the lady “don't you want something with oranges in it? It's still summer.” “yes I know it's still summer but I don't want shot top, or blue moon today” at least that’s what I said in my head. I just simply gave her the money and left.

Molson Golden is a unique blend of ale and lager that delivers the spicy, fruity flavors of ale, combined with the clean crisp, refreshing qualities of a lager. is available year round so its definitely around and at an 5.00 AVB its not a heavy beer.

Open the cap to hear a crisp sound coming from opening the bottle and into the stein from the bottle classic AAL looking appearance.

Foamy and bright with a whit head, with shampoo like retention. Dissolves fairly quickly, while sitting on top if a crystal clear bright straw yellow brass body. Small rising amounts of carbonation continue. 

Interesting skunk aroma takes a back seat to more of the sweetness of malt. Some hitting bread a bit, and almost kolsch like finish of sour to sweet after taste.

Molson Canadian is Molson brewing company's flag ship brand. Starting with crystal clear water, malted barley and the finest hops, to produce a smooth, refreshing beer with genuine taste.

I enjoy this beer I always have, beer advocate gave it a terrible grade a 64! boo I say to that. It is a smooth, mellow beer of moderate sweetness not too bitter and slightly malty and nothing more

When I want to enjoy a neutral beer that doesn’t pull me to any extreme. Sometimes you want and IPA or an imperial stout, but sometimes you just want “a beer” to kick back with. This is that beer.
