So this is on 95 north at Jefferson Blvd. Taking up the break down land, his lane and the lane to the left. I don't see any yellow, red, white, flags, anything made of cloth hanging from both sides of that ladder. This person does not have a brain. Share this, maybe it's one of your friends. I don't recognize the car.
