Hello dear Readers and Happy Holidays. Welcome to a special edition of Comedy On Us. Vol 14 will be our first "blogisode" since we will not be live for a couple weeks. How have i been spending the holiday? laughing! 

The Sunday before Christmas was a very special day of the year for me. The Annual Comedy Studio Christmas Show and Party. It is a great time and open to the public. The show is not the normal fair of the Studio. This show is mostly a sketch show featuring Comics that are on the rise and even some that have risen. The comic in residence does the only Stand-Up set proper as other comedians perform characters and sketches such as Andy Oefiesh as "The Elf On The Shelf." After the show, the party is hosted in the second floor bar and populated by almost every comedian coming up through the studio today and visitors from studio past. Larry Murphy who voices Teddy on Bob's Burgers was there this year and I drunkenly met the wrong person. Look for that misnomer on an upcoming show or blog.

I took many pictures but only a few I can post... meow! Below I am hanging out with Owner of the studio and past Corner Guest, Rick Jenkins, looking sharp in a Tuxedo. To the right I am seen with a good friend and comedian that recently moved to LA to make a name for himself. Jeff May. Jeff can be found on Twitter and is the host of a great online show for comic book fans, #thathashtagshow. (youtube) and on twitter HERE.

RI Native now living in San Fancisco, Chris Barylick

One of my Christmas presents this year was an unconventional gift given on a fellow Comedians Website. 

Comedian Chris Barylick and I have been friend for the 4 years that I have been doing stand up. Being the eccentric guy that he is I was not surprised when he told me that he had a strange dram about me turning into a news paper. 

What did surprise me was the Choose Your Own Adventure Story he made from the dream. It can be foundHERE and is sure to get some strange belly laughs.

Pod-Casters Chuck and Brad were Featured in Episode #28 and have become fast friends of mine. I was featured on their Video Pod-cast and CD release for Chuck's Band, "Senior Discount." Details can be found with the episode in the link above.

Chuck and Brad asked me for my Street address and I reluctantly gave it to them as they are know for some hilarious and elaborate pranks. I am over joyed that I decided to comply.
