Introducing: 50 Worst Dates

Bad dates. We have all been on at least one. 

Whether you met online, were set up by friends, or approached a stranger in a dimly lit bar -- meeting a veritable stranger for a first date is far more likely to be disastrous than fruitful.

So, WBOB wants to capture the essence of awful in our first ever bad-date competition: 50 Worst Dates, and we need your help.

We want you to share your experiences with us, and we will publish your first date horror stories each week as part of this series (don't worry, we will change the names to protect the not-so-innocent).

But Kevin, what's in it for us?

Glad you asked! Each submission will earn an entry into a drawing for fabulous prizes including a gift card to Julian's Restaurant in Providence.

Then, at the end of the 50 dates, WBOB will select the best submission (based on social media activity), and award a Grand Prize! (Prize TBD).

So, Kev... How do we enter?

It's simple! To enter, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: 50 Worst Dates. Your email should describe, in detail (at least 3 paragraphs), your horrific night.  This should include:

• How you met
  
• Where you went/what you did
  
• The specifics of what made the date so terrible
  
• How it ended
  
• Any subsequent contact (Did he/she ask you out again? Was there an awkward run-in?)
