Rob Duguay A garage rock band from Providence that has steadily become one of the best acts to see live in the New England area, Atlantic Thrills know how to make you go absolutely crazy while having tons of fun. Their highly anticipated self-titled debut is coming out this week and it oozes fuzz, emphasis and energy to create an album that is a must have for any rock & roll enthusiast. With Eric Aguiar on bass, guitar gods Daniel Tanner and Kelly Riley and Josh Towers on drums, this frenzied foursome are bound to give your ears a jolt that they’ve never experienced before. People are always looking for a cool band that knows how to turn it up and get loud, look no further than Atlantic Thrills and their brand new debut.
Another old fave is “On My Mind”, an anthem for anyone who found self-comfort in getting over a failed relationship and just wants to have some fun. The bass from Aguiar in “Problems” starts off the track perfectly and then everyone else joins in for another rocker that will simply astound you. Don’t be lame and just read what I recommend while doing nothing about it, Atlantic Thrills’ debut is a pristine album that definitely deserves your consideration.
