Its that time of year where we all take some time to tell our mom's that we are sure glad they made us! Whether they are fighting to protect us or conspiring to kill our enemies, or even trying to have us killed. There are some better or worse moms in the world of games and movies and here are a few of my favorites!

Cersei Lannister....

Home Girl is certainly cray cray but she definitely loved her family..maybe a little too much. She is either banging her brother and keeping the blood pure...or she loved her son Tommen so much that she was willing to slice his throat so he would not get raped, kinda...or just drinking and showing love to her extended family only to blackmail them later....uhhh maybe she is not the best mom. But she did love her family, unless you were a dwarf. She certainly is a mom!

Lisa from Ponyo....

OK! This mom rules. She is funny and kind and a mess. She risks her own life and her sons life to make it back home ...She gets mad, has flaws, is voiced by the wonderful Tina Fey and is just a really great mom. She will not even judge your weird half-fish girlfriend you found in a pail in the ocean. What a great lady!!!!!!

Sarah Connor....

Yea dude! This mom abandon's you and goes crazy. Then, when you have not heard from her in a very long time, this giant robot tries to kill you and she murders her way out of an asylum to protect your ass! She also happens to know Mexican gun runners that can equip a small army with rpg's and 50. cal machine guns! This is a mom that commands respect! A cigarette smoking, stone-cold bad-ass of a mom!! Brava Sarah, brava!!!

Delia Ketchum (Ash Ketchum's mother) 

Delia here has got to be one of the worst moms ever! She just let's her 10 year old son leave town with only 1 low level pokemon and exactly 0 Pokedollars! Even though she tried to redeem her self by winning a bathing suit contest to save her son from financial disaster...it is still not enough! Why let your kid travel the world alone anyway? What the hell! Someone call Officer Jenny and take this kid away!!!
