The Rotunda #148 4/23/18 - The Rotunda takes you have to 19th century Rhode Island, when anti-Catholic and anti-Irish bigotry were still the norm. Author Paul Caranci calls in for the second segment to talk about the history behind is book, The Hanging and Redemption of John Gordon, which details the terrible tragedy that befell the Gordon family, as their dream of a better life in America was subsumed by bitter prejudices and John was hanged for a crime that he did not commit. This interview will convince the listener that discrimination and bigotry are not limited to race, it can pop p over nearly any difference.
 
The first segment features a global brand getting heat (and rightfully so) from the SJWs that they’ve allied themselves with in the past, and a popular singer being skewered over her preferred choice in the recent presidential election. The episode has a little something for everyone! There’s even a treat in the last segment as Mike Sandoval hops on for a few to talk some video games and the most annoying things about The Walking Dead franchise./
