A refreshing look at a hardworking resident who is truly interested in public service not for what’s in it for him, but what he can do to help his community.
 
In the first segment, Scott is in rare form as he goes off on the latest TV celebrity to have his career jeopardized by accusations of misconduct. Is it a good thing that we hold people accountable for their actions now, or have we gone too far, swinging the pendulum from victim blaming all the way over to #MeToo McCartyism, where even a whisper of wrongdoing ends a career?
