Allan also talks about Governor Gina Raimondo search for money to fund and expand the RI Promise program. Are we really investing in our children or just limiting them in order to make Rhode Island more attractive? Is college the right choice because it's not the only one. Why did New York just extend “free” college to illegal aliens but not to Gold Star Families? Let's hope Governor Raimondo doesn't get any ideas.
