The Rotunda #388 10/11/23 - Leading off the show, we talk about the horrible events and news coming from the Middle East, as Israel is once again in a fight for its existence. We try to make some sort of sense out of this and talk about what might happen moving forward. There's also some local and national news mixed in, including one candidate for CD1 being called out by his opponent. 

Our special guest tonight is sportswriter and author of "Icing on the Plains: The Rough Ride of Kansas City's NHL Team", Troy Treasure. As the NHL season kicked off this week, it was a great stroll down memory lane to shed some light on a franchise that as only in KC for two years, but eventually became the New Jersey Devils. What could have changed to make them stay?
