The Rotunda: We Need To Do Better

The Rotunda #117 8/14/17 - ​After what can only be described as a horrific act of domestic terrorism, Scott leads off talking about the Charlottesville attack. How, in 2017, as we here? Why can we not see past skin pigmentation? Was Martin Luther King’s struggle for nothing? As if that wasn’t enough, we also have the North Korea threat to worry about. Are we really on the precipice of annihilation, a la the Cuban Missile Crisis?
 
Turning to local issues, Scott talks a little potential Election 2018. With Raimondo’s fundraising machine in full swing, is her reelection an inevitability?
