Canadiens Defenseman Beaulieu Out for Rest of Series

Montreal Canadiens defenseman Nathan Beaulieu will miss the rest of the Eastern Conference First Round series against the Ottawa Senators with an upper-body injury, the Canadiens announced Tuesday.

Beaulieu absorbed two hits from Senators defenseman Erik Karlsson in the second period of Game 3 on Sunday. Although Beaulieu returned, he did not play in the third period or overtime.

The Canadiens lead the best-of-7 series 3-0 and can eliminate the Senators in Game 4 on Wednesday (7 p.m. ET; CBC, USA, TVA Sports).
