On December 1, 1968-- The Boston Patriots defeated the Cincinnati Bengals 33-14 in what would be the last-ever football game at Fenway Park. Yes, that Fenway Park... Few remember--because most of us weren't yet born-- that America's oldest baseball park was also one of the first dual-purpose stadiums in the United States. Back in 1926, the Boston Bulldogs of the AFL called Fenway home, and the Boston Redskins of the NFL played there from 1933-1936.
Notre Dame leads that series 13-9.
