Lester Needs A Comeback Season

Lester has to be the ace that we know he is this season. He had a bad season last year but so didn't the entire team under the Bobby V mistake. 

Lester needs to command the strike zone again throwing a variety of pitches and can not just go to the fast ball every time. He needs to not get rattled when he is behind on the scoreboard in this division it is gonna happen a lot more. The line up is not star powered so a 4.82 ERA is not gonna cut it. Neither will the 9-14 performance in 33 games started last year.

I have faith in Lester and John Farrell for that matter to get the mechanics under control and for Lester to start pitching consecutive great games this season. He as all the potential to be the leader and an all star this season. Opening Day is less than week away, let's see what happens.
