More Role Playing For Tiger Woods

The Tiger Woods Foundation today announced its exclusive partnership with DraftKings, Inc., a leading destination for daily fantasy sports. The agreement is the first of its kind for DraftKings and the golf industry. As part of the agreement, DraftKings will be designated as the “Official Daily Fantasy Sports Partner” of the D.C.-based Quicken Loans National and the Boston area’s Deutsche Bank Championship. The daily fantasy sports destination will also host game and contest opportunities with the foundation’s annual Tiger Jam held in Las Vegas.

DraftKings will receive prominent placement on the two PGA TOUR tournament properties, with assets in e-newsletter marketing, inclusion in social media updates and on-site activation. At the Deutsche Bank Championship, DraftKings will host interactive games and hospitality atop the Champions Club for those ticketholders.

Fantasy sports game participation has increased exponentially over the years, specifically within the millennial market, an audience of opportunity for Tiger Woods Foundation tournaments. Specific fantasy game activation at the Quicken Loans National and Deutsche Bank Championship will be announced at a later date.
