 johnny sunchips I don't know about you, but the release of the 2014 Pro Bowl rosters at 9pm this past Friday night came and went as they always do. Who cares. A meaningless game at a meaningless time cannot even live up to the hype of the mighty National Football League. They've tried to tweak the rules of the exhibition to harbor interest. Moved it to the same city as the Super Bowl itself with hopes that it will somehow capture the coveted fan base, even pitting it between Championship Sunday and The Big Game itself. It has not gotten this person to tune in. I love football Sunday, but not this one. No matter how snazzy the uniforms are nor what the entertainment may be offered, I will not, much less can not, tune in to a glorified practice. Here's a suggestion Mr. Goodell. Honor the players and have them and their families enjoy a richly deserved vacation in the Hawaiian Islands. Starting the off season early may actually behoove the participants and their careers.
