The Celtics, who looked dismal for most of their Game 1 playoff matchup in Atlanta will likely be without their star Point Guard Rajon Rondo for Game 2. After a questionable foul call against Brandon bass, an emotional Rondo confronted referee Marc Davis, which earned him his first technical foul.
Seconds later, Rondo "accidently" chest-bumped the official from behind, leading to an immediate ejection.
"I deserved the first tech and, as I was walking, I thought (Davis) stopped, my momentum carried me into him -- I even think I tripped on his foot. I didn't intentionally chest-bump him. But that's what it appears to be."
Poor excuse... Tape don't lie Rajon... See you in Game 3
