We have all done this. When the NFL schedule comes out, fans look at and pick out which week will be a win and which week would be a loss. For the past few years (or rather for almost the entire tenure of the Brady-Belichick Era), New England Patriots fans would look at the schedule and mark down 2 automatic wins against their AFC Divisional rivals, the New York Jets. Now in 2020, with the 2-5 Pats seemingly on the verge of a lost year, they traveled to East Rutherford, New Jersey for a Monday Night Football showdown with the 0-8 Jets at MetLife Stadium. Even with offensive woes and key players being out with injury, many were confident that the Patriots could still throttle the Jets ragtag team. But instead of a blowout victory, it was a nail biter that came right down to the wire that the Patriots were lucky enough to squeak by in. The Franchise Joe Ferro, along with VIPPrimo Allen Harris, head out on a beautiful day for a great cause. The 6th Annual Toys For Tots show. They take a trip through the mulit-millions of dollars of cars, along with appearances by Fox and CaddiMatt and talk about how the car community comes together when it really matters. 1170 Designs and Untamed Auto Club really put on a great end of year bash and hopefully bring some smiles to some kids faces this holiday season.

While the race for President was far closer than most expected, this year’s local races offered their own handful of surprises. From the race for Cranston Mayor to House District 15, here are the key races — and surprises — that went down on Tuesday. Mark Colley
It all comes down to this. There is only 1 day left until election day 2020, and the decision facing the United States is intimidating. If Donald Trump is re-elected to another term, it will mean the cementing of his legacy and a shift in the idea of what it means to be president. If Joe Biden wins, it will be a rejection of Trumped up politics and an acceptance that the last four years were a mistake. In short, the decision on November 3 will either reinforce or roll back the political revolution of the Trump presidency. With so little time left, here’s my picks for who will win the election — and what states they’ll take Ryan L. Fox
Well the 2020 NFL season is not going as the New England Patriots have hoped. After starting the first 3 weeks of the season at 2-1, they lost 3 consecutive games to put them in unfamiliar territory: under .500. Now there are talks about blowing the team up at the trade deadline and hope to gain some assets to build for the future. Looking to capitalize on the Patriots in disarray are the Buffalo Bills, who currently sitting at top of the AFC East Division. The teams met at Orchard Park and did battle on the windy, wet field of Bills Stadium. It was an ugly game as both teams slogged it out. One was trying to exorcise ghosts of past failures while the other was trying to keep their season hopes alive. In the end, only one team in red, white, and blue was able to come out on top and it wasn’t who you thought it was. |
