Alma Mala: Original acoustic rock from Providence featuring former members of Kanerko Al Diaz on vocals and guitar and Nick Iddon on the conga drum that resonates pure excellence, Alma Mala will be coming back to where they had their first show ever at The Spot on Monday to kick off the show in a very soothing way. With Al's emotional lyrics and Nick's knack for always keeping a steady beat, it's going to be an absolute treat once you see these guys perform. The Greatest Tribute Band In The World: Featuring The Can't Nots' Gary Wilkinson, Tenacious D tribute band The Greatest Tribute Band In The World will be bringing the epicness that is only associated with what The D can possess. Afterwards something horrible is going to happen to Joe Ferro so why not see the terrific music that will prelude it? The Jess Lewis Band: Jess Lewis was born and raised in the NYC area. She began playing piano at 5 years old, and started writing songs at 14. After graduating high school, Jess attended Berklee College of Music in Boston where she studied piano, voice, and songwriting. Now splitting time between Providence, RI and NYC, Jess is performing in both cities and everywhere in between solo and with her band. Come check her out at Mondays On Blast at The Spot and enjoy. Malyssa & The Liberators: No stranger to any 990WBOB event and broadcast, Providence singer-songwriter Malyssa BellaRosa has a brand new band with The Liberators for what will be their debut show on Mondays On Blast at The Spot. No one knows what they'll sound like, in fact it's top secret and obviously nobody else but the band themselves knows what's in store.
