The 2nd Midday Social 5/23

This event will be held at Platforms Nightclub on Poe Street in Providence, RI on Thursday, May 23rd. We will start promptly at 7:00 PM. Again, we are not having full bands perform. Instead, we will be playing a mix of music from the bands in attendance over the house system with acoustic performances. This is a FREE event.

This will be an opportunity for musicians and industry professionals to make new connections. Bands/artists are encouraged to bring press kits. This event is open to all genres across New England. It will be a great opportunity to network both within your own backyard and across state lines. We've putting tother a fantastic panel of industry professionals.

There will be raffles with a mix of swag from various bands, vendors, and media. There is also a full bar. Drink Special:TBA

There will be hamburgers & hotdogs at this event. A 3 dollar food bracelet will get you all the food you want.

IMPORTANT INFO: If your a musician or band that wants your music played over the house system during the event you need to hand in a CD to the DJ by 8:00 PM the latest. We cannot accept submissions after that time.

If you would like to raffle off artwork, photography, Band swag, such as T-shirts & CDs, please find the raffle table and speak with Nina. This is a 50/50 raffle where you the artist will receive half of the proceeds and half goes to help cover costs of the event.
