It's almost that wonderful time of year again, the Electronic Entertainment Expo. All the nerds, myself included, gather around various devices to see a poor resolution live recording of a really poorly prepared press conference given by a speaker with bad English. The 10-12th of June are days of learning, discussing, and interpreting what tiny scraps the developers give us off their large press junket plates. This year is going to be no different! Freddy Choyle
It's Memorial Day weekend, a time to reflect and appreciate those who gave their life and limbs for our freedoms. While you're busy flipping that burger and sipping that cold glass of sangria, try to take a moment and remember the brave men and women of our armed forces. If you are looking for some cinematic remembrance of graphic battle carnage, well you are in luck. Compiled this week is my top five war movies of all time. Enjoy. Bob Giusti
It is rare that a musical act has the guts to change their sound after building critical acclaim for a certain timbre, but that is exactly what Baltimore duo Wye Oak has done on their fourth album Shriek. Kelly Doran
There are some women, who no matter how much time goes by, are still smoking hot. I just watched “ Something’s Gotta Give” staring Diane Keaton and Jack Nicolson. Let me tell you, there was a nude scene with Mrs. Keaton, and even at like, 65 years old, she was majestic... and still smoking hot. These 5 celebs started out so very hot…then tragedy struck…Now, they are NOT. Dan Martin

Back when I started enjoying this wonderful world of craft beer, the guys from Dogfish Head blew my socks off. I was intrigued by the hodgepodge of unusual ingredients and recipes they used to produce beers that were more along the lines of an alchemy project. Midas Touch was one of my first experiences with them. I'm some what of a history geek so when I learned this was their first in their "Ancient Ales" line I was excited. A 2700 year old recipe from the tomb of King Midas? Sign me up. Bob Giusti
When you've been around as long as I have, it gets hard sometime to find the words to describe music with the same enthusiasm I had in my teen years and early twenties. I was discovering the underground back then. My friends and I would make pilgrimages to NYC's CBGBs and the Mudd Club to see bands that would eventually make history. It was easy to find the inspiration to immortalize what I was witnessing. RA Bartlett- The Comic's Corner

I can't believe this but finally a summer blockbuster I'm excited about! The King of All Monsters is back on the big screen! In a reboot of the film franchise. Along with Kansas City Assembly Plant in Claycomo, Mo., Dearborn Truck Plant will be the production site of the all-new Ford F-150, which sets the standard for the future of trucks. The use of advanced materials – including more high-strength steel than ever in the frame and high-strength, military-grade, aluminum alloy throughout the vehicle body – improves durability while saving up to 700 pounds, giving customers greater towing, payload and fuel efficiency performance.
