On March, while the sports world was on hold, ESPN launched a documentary series about NBA legend and ‘GOAT’ Michael Jordan. Titled the ‘Last Dance’, it was a 10-episode series that unveiled the behind-the-scenes moments of his Airness during his playing days with the Chicago Bulls during their dynasty in the 1990s, cumulating with his final season and 6th title during the 1997-98 NBA season, as well as a behind-the-scenes glimpse of those 90s Bulls teams. It was well received with audiences in the United States and ESPN was able to enjoy a great amount of success in TV ratings. Seeing success of the Last Dance, another ‘GOAT’ has decided to launch his own multi-episode documentary series about to document his own behind-the-scenes moments of his team’s, or rather former team’s, title runs. That GOAT is former New England Patriots and now current Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Tom Brady. This week's show with Ferro and Mike features Matt Matteson, President of Untamed Car Club. Him and Ferro nerd out on their Cadillac's, talk about what Untamed Car Club has coming up. Charity events, car meets, gaming and a whole lot more! Tune in and check it out.

Host of College Football Impact On Wednesday, Boston College hired Temple athletic director Patrick Kraft to fill the same role for the Eagles in the Atlantic Coast Conference. Kraft will pack his bags and head to Chestnut Hill to replace previous AD Martin Jarmond who left for the same role at UCLA last month. Kraft had been at Temple since 2013 and was named the Athletic Director in 2015. Under his leadership, the Owls not only achieved success on the field, but also in the classroom. He has also been instrumental in all of college football as a member of the football oversight committee and Division 1 strategic vision and planning committee. Eagles fans, here is what you need to know about your new Athletic Director, Dr. Patrick Kraft Allan Giberti
It should be obvious by now, that when you conflate history with a narrative it only widens the divide. While this should be an article about the murder of George Floyd, it is instead about something other than Mr. Floyd. Sadly, this horror has all to frequently become a side note. Mark Colley
In the span of a week, the death of George Floyd and subsequent overflow of anger over police brutality in the United States has reshaped the political battlefield. COVID-19 has become an afterthought and the November elections are less important still. But regardless of whether the presidential elections are held in-person or by mail, it’s an inevitability that will be shaped by how the past week has made history, and how the month of June plays out. Make no mistake: There will be a chapter reserved for these protests in the history books. But how does this affect Joe Biden? |
