I've been drinking craft beer longer than I care to admit. I was certainly drinking it before all the long beards and tight jean hipsters decided it was cool. One of the many things I enjoy most about beer and liquor in general is that there is always something new and interesting to try or sample for research of course. The bill directs the Department of Veterans Affairs to create a pilot program to provide more highly trained lifesaving service dogs to the nation's veterans struggling to cope with Post-Traumatic Stress (PTS) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and establishes the requirement to adhere to national standards on the selection, training, and assessment of the service dogs.
