Recently I had the opportunity to attend an evening of entertainment at The Blood Drive Co-op. Providence's newest nuance offers am intimate setting for a night of music. The Blood Drive Co-op sits in a neighborhood were budget cut backs and city deficits have lead to a severe depletion in the available arts programs. The Co-op's mission is to construct a union of art and knowledge with it's community. A wide array of arts from finger painting with kids to an evening filled with punk music. Expect the unexpected in a cozy environment.
The Co-op will play host to your idea or exhibit. Active participation by all is encouraged. Check out http://blooddriveco-op.blogspot.com for more details.

"Community Organization Founded in 1995. The Blood Drive Co-op's name is derived from an experience donating blood. When you donate blood you are giving a physical piece of yourself back to your surrounding community." says it's benefactor Jay Palmari
