WildSide #279 8/23/16 - You know he won't listen to the advice given above. But that's like telling a bird not to fly, a fish not to swim, and a man from not speaking what's in his heart. He's David Clyde and he's live on The Wild Side. With his buddy and co-host John "Johnny K" Kurbiec by his side, the duo tackle all the hot button issues.
In the latest episode of the Wild Side, it was an interesting episode to say the least. Where to begin? Where to begin? How about where the Wild Side gang got stalked (yes you read that correctly) by a caller all the way from Hawaii. What he was calling about, we have no idea. Then Clyde and Johnny K are joined by long time friend of the show, author and blogger Colin Flaherty (White Girl Bleed A Lot, Don't Make the Black Kids Angry). The trio talk about everybody's (well, mostly the Left's) favorite group, Black Lives Matter. However unlike the Left, Colin pulls back the curtain to reveal what really goes on including violent black-on-black/black-on-white violence, what really is going on in the Milwaukee Riots, and much more. It's not for the faint of heart but when has the truth ever been that? The Rotunda Episode #72 8/22/16 - In a classic crossover move, Scott invited the WildSide Professor Clyde to call in and talk a little bit about Election 2016, and we get The Professor’s unique take on where he thinks the country is headed.
At the half way mark, Scott talks with Lee Ann Sennick from the RIGOP about her thoughts on the national election, and why Hillary seems to be not nearly as thoroughly scrutinized by the mainstream media as The Donald. Can Trump pull it off? Will Hillary win in a landslide? Will Megyn Kelly go out on a date with Scott? Tune in to find out!! A woman was struck and killed by a Peter Pan bus Wednesday morning as she crossed Washington street near the Alex and Ani City Center at Burnside Park.
This is the first Kennedy Plaza pedestrian death since a federal court security officer was struck and killed by a RIPTA bus in 2014. The accident occurred shortly after 8 AM. According to eyewitness reports, the woman was dragged more than 50 feet by the bus before finally stopping alongside the downtown skating rink. Police and city officials are currently investigating, though bus service at Kennedy Plaza is still active. More details will be provided as they become available.
