Bob Dylan - Inciting Hate

Be careful what you say. That is some solid advice. Singer song writer Bob Dylan has never feared the power of words. Unfortunately for him not everyone feels the same way.  In fact most of us live by the "pen is mightier than the sword" way of life. Often groups are easily offended by a star or public figures remarks. In this case it's easy to see how Dylan may have offended certain groups. However there seems to be a slight delay on being offended.

Today a spokeswomen for the prosecutor's office in Paris told the Associated Press that preliminary charges have been filed against Dylan for "Inciting Hate". The charges are directly related to a 2012 Rolling Stone article in which Dylan said “just like Jews can sense Nazi blood and the Serbs can sense Croatian blood” he was comparing the the french situation in World War II to American slavery. Ironically just two weeks ago he was presented the Legion of Honor France's highest award.
