Last week an alleged video reportedly wound up in police hands showing Toronto mayor smoking crack cocaine. He admitted today that he has indeed smoked crack. However he says it was in a drunken stooper over a year ago. He claims not to be addicted. He also claims he no longer does drugs. Mayor Rob Ford apologized to his constituents and friends. He also stated he will not step down as the mayor of Toronto.  Mayor Ford also asked for this video which he has not seen to be released.
