This week on The Wild Side, David Clyde once again welcomed everyone's favorite legislator, Rep. Doreen Costa (R- Dist. 31), for another installment of "Bad Bill of the Week" to discuss the worst articles of proposed legislation currently being addressed on the floor of the General Assembly.

This week's bad bill of the week (H 5121) was sponsored by Rep. Anastasia Williams (D- Dist. 9), and would essentially double the fine amounts for moving violations such as speeding or running a stop sign. Rep. Costa tells us why it's ridiculous to impose additional fees on drivers when the cities state can't even clear the snow from our roads -- which leads to a whole new rant.
