This week on The Wild Side, David Clyde welcomed everyone's favorite legislator, Rep. Doreen Costa (R- Dist. 31), for a new segment "Bad Bill of the Week" to discuss the worst articles of proposed legislation currently being addressed on the floor of the General Assembly . To kick off the segment, Costa referenced a bill, H-5053 -- introduced by the Judiciary Committee and presented by Rep. Jeremiah O'Grady (D- Dist. 46) -- that would allow persons who are involuntarily unemployed and are subject to license or registration non-renewal as a result of failure to pay taxes to obtain a conditional renewal during their period of unemployment.
