Pat Sullivan Sometimes it takes just one person to create a movement, and while many were involved in the state of Mississippi voting to change their flag and remove the Confederate battle emblem on it, Mississippi State running back Kylin Hill may have had the biggest voice. The leading returning rusher in the SEC publicly stated he would not be returning to football activites until there were changes. On June 28th the state senate voted to approve the removal of the emblem on the flag.
