Mocking The Bible

​Can someone tell me why, after months of mocking President Trump’s faith, is former Vice President Joe Biden simply aghast when the President hits back?

​Maybe he doesn’t remember doing it, just like he didn't remember taking multiple cognitive tests so it’s possible. Either that or he lied.

​In June when President Trump stood in front of St. John’s Episcopal Church after part of it had been set on fire by rioters and held up a Bible, Joe Biden said,

“The president held up the Bible at St. John’s church yesterday. I just wish he opened it once in a while instead of brandishing it. If he opened it, he could have learned something.”

Joe Biden did it again in July when he said that President Trump, “… decided he had to walk across from the White House through a group of peaceful demonstrators, to an Episcopal Church to hold a Bible upside down, which I don’t know how often he reads, and he used the military to do that.”

Every single part of that statement has been proven to be false yet he said it. Either he forgot that it was fake news or he lied in order to smear the President’s faith for purely political gain. Whichever answer it is, neither one is good.

Last Thursday in Ohio, President Trump said that Joe Biden is,

“…following the radical left agenda,” and that he would “take away your guns, destroy your Second Amendment, no religion no anything, hurt the Bible, hurt God, he’s against God, he’s against guns, he’s against energy, our kind of energy.”

Suddenly “devout” and “authentic” Catholics such as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi are preaching at us about faith while at the same time denigrating the President’s. Friday, on MSNBC Pelosi said,

“Any time the President says something like that, I think he’s projecting himself. That’s what I think about that.”

Isn’t that what Democrats do? Project? For example, Democrats call people racists, sexists and homophobes while they, themselves, work to divide and reduce people down to their race, sex or sexual orientation.

Speaker Pelosi continued,

“… it’s like him holding up a Bible upside down as if he knows anything about going to church.”

Should we be testing Nancy’s cognitive abilities because I’m willing to bet she definitely knew the whole “holding a Bible upside down” thing is a lie. She’s the damn Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives! One would hope that not only does she know what she’s talking about but it’s factual as well. Especially if she is mocking someone’s beliefs.

But the self-serving insanity didn’t stop there when Pelosi added,

“First of all, he knows how strong Joe Biden’s faith is… He comes from a very devout Catholic family, as do I, and we have that in common, and we recognize it, that devotion and that authenticity.”

First of all, no. No one actually knows how strong Biden’s faith is. Since the beginning of his presidential run, Joe Biden has flipped on decades of beliefs and principles faster than you can say “You ain’t black.”

Should we call into question his pro-abortion stance and his sudden reversal of years of support for the Hyde Amendment which prevents tax payer funded abortions?  Should we call into question Nancy’s pro-abortion agenda or how she has tried to slip tax payer funded abortions through which resulted in the delay of COVID-19 stimulus aid?

Why haven’t they come together to condemn the violence being targeted towards Christian statues and properties? Better yet, why have they been silent on the persecution of Christians all around the world?

Last February at the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington, D.C., failed to mention Christians during a prayer for those who are persecuted because of their religion. Christians are the number one persecuted religion worldwide, so why the silent treatment? Because it’s politics before faith.

Our religious liberties, the whole First Amendment, is put in danger by left-wing extremists with attacks such as suing individuals because they refused to go against their own personal beliefs and decorate a cake for a gay wedding.

If elected President, Joe Biden has promised to make Congressman David Cicilline’s (D-RI) discriminatory Equality Act law within his first 100 days in office. While it may have a nice title, it will in no way dole out equality for anyone. When it comes to religious freedom and religious liberties, those will be the first to fall under the Equality Act.

Did I mention that Speaker Pelosi is also a co-sponsor of this civil rights killing bill?

President Trump has protected religious liberties and Joe Biden is promising to destroy them. President Trump has stood unapologetically for life and in defense of the unborn; Joe Biden not only wants to make abortion free but available to everyone all over the world.

When you listen to what Joe Biden is promising to do if he is elected President doesn’t even come close to upholding any Christian values. Those promises will, in fact, not only shred them but make them illegal.

Yes, Joe Biden has already promised to take away your guns, to destroy the Second Amendment. The Equality Act combined with The Green New Deal will legalize religious discrimination and provide free abortions to anyone anywhere all at the expense of the American taxpayer; whether you morally object or not. Your faith, your religious beliefs, your freedom of conscience no longer matter.

Doesn’t sound very pro-God to me. What it does sound like is the Democrat party not just mocking Christians and Christianity but also God.
