New England Bracing for Historic Storm

New England is bracing for its first major snow event, in what has been an otherwise calm winter. 

According to the National Weather Service, a major coastal storm could dump up to 30 inches in Rhode Island, at rates of two to four inches per hour -- beginning Sunday evening.
